What causes this issue?

This variant uses at least one segment created previously with SAP HANA
Rules Framework (HRF). HRF has been replaced with Select Option Tool
(SOT) and for this reason, you may be required to migrate segment data.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
