What causes this issue?

The system could not delete asset &V1& &V2& from worklist &V3&.
There are two possible reasons:
The worklist was already released.
The worklist is being processed by another user at this time.

The worklist is not changed.

How to fix this error?

Check the worklist.
If the worklist was already released, then it cannot be changed.
If the worklist is being processed by another user at this time, try
again later.
