No indexes are created for tables in SAP HANA systems

What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

In systems running on the SAP HANA database<(>,<)> indexes do not have
to be created explicitly for database tables, since indexes always exist
and are used automatically.
