Job & cannot be modified due to its status

What causes this issue?

You can modify a background job only if its status is scheduled or
released<ZV>eingeplant, freigegeben</>. A job cannot be modified, for
example, if it is already active (running).

System Response

The job cannot be modified.

How to fix this error?

If you wished to have additional job steps performed, you can schedule
an additional job with the new job step.
