What causes this issue?

If you try to transfer user statuses from one business partner to
another in the context of data cleansing, for example, this is only
possible if both business partners use the same status profile.

System Response

The user statuses cannot be transferred.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
