What causes this issue?

The system could not start the batch job. A batch job with the same name
is running at the moment.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the status of the running batch job via direct input (transaction
bmv0).
