Error in buffer: update of nonexistent record &1

What causes this issue?

An error occurred in the buffer management of the application. The
application has attempted to modify record &V1& in the buffer although
it does not exist there.

System Response

The system generates an error message but continues processing. However,
the reliability and consistency of data is no longer guaranteed.

How to fix this error?

Notify your system administrator give him the following information
containing a more detailed description of the record to be modified by
mistake:
&V2&
