What causes this issue?

One of the following errors occured, when the system attempted to read
or write to file &v1&:
The file was not found in the specified path.
You have no read or write authorization for the file.
An operating system error occured.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The system terminated the activity.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the error was caused by one of the reasons above. If
necessary, notify your system administrator.
