Table LOADTAB in buffer does not contain entry searched for

What causes this issue?

Table LOADTAB is used to manage all data records and their respective
lock modes when data is buffered.
The system attempted to read a record contained in this table.
Either the specification does not exist or the read operation should
not have occurred.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Notify your system administrator.
