No data provider is entered for authorization group

What causes this issue?

When entering data for a specification, you enter a standard data
provider. This data provider is defined in Customizing for the
authorization group of the processed specification. This authorization
group has not been assigned a data provider in Customizing.

System Response

The required entry cannot be made.
