What causes this issue?

You entered a specification as the reference, which itself already
receives data from the referencing specification via a reference or
inheritance relationship (directly or indirectly).
A loop of this kind is not permitted in reference and inheritance
relationships.

How to fix this error?

Enter a different reference or none at all.
