Could not completely delete value assignment

What causes this issue?

The deletion of a value assignment comprises two steps:
Deletion of the value assignment in EHS
Deletion of the value assignment in the Classification System
The system could not delete the value assignment in the Classification
System.

System Response

The system only deleted the value assignment in EHS.

How to fix this error?

To delete the value assignment completely, you must first undo the
deletion.
Choose <LS>Edit -> Undo</>. Now try to delete the value assignment
again. If the error occurs again, contact your system administrator.


Caution
When you undo the deletion, all changes you made since you last saved
your entries are undone as well.
