No authorization to delete rating &1

What causes this issue?

You attempted to delete the rating &v1&. If you do this, all
assigned validity areas are deleted. However, the SAP system
determined that you have no authorization for at least one of the
assigned validity areas.

System Response

The rating is not deleted.

How to fix this error?

Check if you require the authorization, and notify your system
administrator if necessary.
