What causes this issue?

The system was unable to write the changes you made in table &V1& back
to the database.

System Response

The system cannot convert the table.

How to fix this error?

Ensure that table &V1& is locked and run the conversion program
again.
Should an error occur during the conversion program, there is a danger
of data inconsistencies. In this case, do not use the EHS mdoule.
Lock all EHS transactions (all transactions commence with CG) until
the problem has been solved.
