Collective order (assembly orders) not completely read

What causes this issue?

You have made changes in an assembly order that are relevant to
costing. To pass on the manufacturing costs of the collective order
correctly to the sales order, all orders in the collective order must
be costed.
Not all orders have been read and costed.

To prevent incorrect costs being passed to the sales order, read the
the entire collective order.
