What causes this issue?

The <ZK>Ship-To</> product usage &V1& in combination with <ZK>Country</>
&V2& has not been defined in the TTE Customizing.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In the Simulation transaction, correct the TTE input document.
In other cases, maintain the Customizing activity Product Usage
Indicator in
<DS:SIMG.TTEVCL_TXSET>Define Tax Settings</>.
