Only task list status with ID "Released" possible for maintenance item

What causes this issue?

You want to create a task list and assign a status to it directly from
the maintenance item although the indicator "Released" has not been
set.

System Response

You can only create a task list directly if it contains a status with
the indicator "Released".

How to fix this error?

Choose a task list status where the indicator "Released" has been set,
or set this indicator for the desired task list status in Customizing.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
