Check user status of new WBS elements

What causes this issue?

The new WBS elements you created are assigned to a WBS element that no
longer has status "created". The system status of the new WBS elements
is adjusted to the status of the superior WBS element. This change
requires a change to the user status in the status profile. However, a
change to the user status is not possible since it contradicts the
rules in the status profile concerning changes to the user status with
status number.

System Response

The WBS elements are created with the initial user status.

How to fix this error?

Check the user status of the new WBS elements immediately and correct
them, if necessary.
