New objects inserted at the end of the list

What causes this issue?

You want to classify new objects. The function inserts new objects at
the cursor position. However, the cursor is not on a valid entry.

System Response

The new objects are added to the end of the list.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
