What causes this issue?

Configured objects (such as sales orders) exist, so deletion is
possible with change number &V1&, but a date shift for configured
objects (such as sales orders) beyond deletion date &V2& may lead to
inconsistent configurations.

System Response

The system allows deletion with Engineering Change Management.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
