Procedure for System Administrators
To analyze the reason why the event processing failed, you can:
Check the application log EHFND_PCEP for the failed event.
Check the job log in transaction SM37 for the job
R_EHFND_PCEP_EVT_QUEUE_WORKER.
Check in transaction ST22 if an ABAP runtime error occurred.
As soon as the reason that causes the failed event processing is solved,
you can restart the event processing in the <ZK>Process Product
Compliance Events</> app.
