Deletion of value assignment assessment not allowed

What causes this issue?

You want to delete at least one value assignment assessment without
deleting the corresponding value assignment instance at the same time.

System Response

The system allows the deletion of an assessment only when the
corresponding value assignment instance is deleted at the same time.

How to fix this error?

Delete the corresponding value assignment instance.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
