What causes this issue?

You attempted to enter an identification category that does not have an
identification type assigned to the existing specification category
&v1&.

In the IMG activity <DS:SIMG.EHS_MD_110_05_3>Check Identification
Types</>, assign the specification category &v1& to the identification
type that you want to enter for the required identification category.
