Order creation terminated due to missing BOM authorization

What causes this issue?

When the BOM is exploded and copied into the order, the system checks
whether the user has the authorization to display the BOM. You do not
have the authorization to display the BOM.

System Response

Order creation is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Contact your systems administrator for an authorization to display
BOMs.
