What causes this issue?

Profile &V1& was created in Customzing by another user. You are not
authorized to delete it.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The profile can only be deleted in Customizing or by the user who
created it.
