Objects with order status &1 will not be selected

What causes this issue?

Orders with the following system status are explicitly excluded in the
selection:
opened
technically completed
completed
locked
finally confirmed

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

Only orders that do not have any of the system statuses mentioned above
are selected.

How to fix this error?
