Not possible to create shift report for work center &1

What causes this issue?

A shift report cannot be created for the work center &v1&or hierarchy
for one of the following reasons:
The work center or hierarchy does not exist in the system
No shift report type has been entered in the work center or hierarchy
You do not have authorization to create a shift report for this work
center or hierarchy (authorization object C_COCF_SRA bzw. C_COCF_SRH).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
