User &1 not authorized to create a shift report

What causes this issue?

During the creation of the shift report for a work center or hierarchy
&v2&in plant &v3&, the user ID was specified for the production
supervisor. &v1&However, this user has no authorization to create a
shift report.

System Response

The shift report cannot be created.

How to fix this error?

Choose a different production supervisor or assign the authorization for
the authorization object C_COCF_SRH or C_COCF_SRA to your user.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
