Start date and start time set automatically

What causes this issue?

The start date/time has been set to the end of the last shift report
because the &V1&'<DS:DE.COCF_CU_SR_NOGAPS>Without Gaps</>' indicator has
been set in Customizing for the shift report type.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
