It may not be possible to use shift note in shift report

What causes this issue?

A shift note that is used as a screen area of a notification can only be
shown in the shift report if the relevant origin has been entered in the
notification.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
