What causes this issue?
Bid structure element &v1& is mapped to one or more structure elements
in the execution structure.
System Response
Deletion of the bid structure element is not allowed.
How to fix this error?
Do the following:
Remove all mapping between the bid structure element and execution
structure elements.
Save the bid structure.
Delete the bid structure element.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
