What causes this issue?

A scenario with the identification that you entered already exists in
the current scenario set. Each scenario in a scenario set must have a
different identification.

System Response

The identification has not been assigned to the scenario

How to fix this error?

Enter a different identification for the scenario.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
