&4 Inactive marketing project &1 is not in planning scope

What causes this issue?

You want to add this marketing project to the operative scenario.
However, this marketing project is in a hierarchy that has an inactive
higher-level marketing project that is not in your planning scope.
Normally, if you add a marketing project to the operative scenario, the
system sets the project to active. In this case, however, the
higher-level marketing project &V1& is inactive and not in the planning
scope, so Scenario Planner cannot set it to active.

System Response

The system has not added this marketing project.

How to fix this error?

To add this marketing project to the operative scenario, first do one of
the following:
Add the higher-level marketing project &V1& to the planning scope

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
