What causes this issue?

The last successfully completed action for the selected org. object
&V1& was successfully undone. Either the last deleted value &V2& for
the object was restored or the object was deleted in the value of the
last target value &V2& during the copy process.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
