Enterprise structure not (completely) deleted due to global check

What causes this issue?

At least one subobject in the enterprise structure cannot be deleted
due to global checks.

System Response

The enterprise structure is processed sequentially. Object &V1& was not
deleted.

How to fix this error?

Delete the dependent objects individually, if appropriate.
