Segment definition & has been released and cannot be deleted

What causes this issue?

Before you can delete a segment definition, you must reset the release.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

For the release, you require activity 43 in authorization object
S_IDOCDEFT as authorization.
