Segment version &1 contains more/less fields (&2) than structure (&3)

What causes this issue?

For segment version '&v1&', the number of fields is recorded as '&v2&'.
However, the actual number of saved fields is '&v3&'.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please change the segment in accordance with your requirements and save
again.
