What causes this issue?

The event-receiver linkage for IDoc inbound processing was activated
successfully.
The following linkage is active:
Object type: &v1&
Event: &v2&
Receiver: &v3& (standard task)

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
