Linear data of marker &1 rounded according to Customizing setting

What causes this issue?

The system has rounded the linear data of marker &V1& up or down
according to the setting for the number of decimal places made in
Customizing for unit of measurement &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
