Choose a country of declaration

What causes this issue?

You selected a function for which you need a selection of appropriate
entries from the navigation bar.

How to fix this error?

Select the respective declaration country for the required declaration
type from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
Double-click on the declaration country to view or edit the required
data.
