Error occurred while loading archive back into table & for year &.

What causes this issue?

Entries already exist in the database table for the declaration year
for which you want to recall data from the archive. Since it would
cause conflicts during posting (double entries with the same key), ,the
archive data cannot be loaded back into this database table.

System Response

Current processing was halted.

How to fix this error?

Archive and delete the current entries for the corresponding year in
the database table (see header line). Afterwards, you can reload the
old archive back into the system.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
