What causes this issue?

For transaction &v1& &v2&, neither a rate, nor an internal transaction
that refers to it, exist.
Transactions that do not have a rate transaction assigned to them are
assigned to internal transactions.

How to fix this error?

If you do not require the transaction, delete it.
