What causes this issue?

You do not have the authorization to request correspondence for the
above-mentioned company code. You will only obtain authorization if you
may also display documents in the selected company code.

How to fix this error?

If you entered an incorrect company code, correct the entry. Otherwise,
exit the transaction and ask the system administrator to give you the
corresponding authorization.
