Function is not possible; application IS-PS is not active

What causes this issue?

Activating the <LS>Funds Management Government </> functions at client
level requires the cross-client activation of the application.

System Response

The Funds Management functions are not activated.

How to fix this error?

First activate the cross-client IS-PS application by using transaction
FIBF under <LS>Settings -> Identification -> SAP Applications</>.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
