Transaction not allowed for CO version &1

What causes this issue?

CO version &v1& in CO area &v2& is an Activity-Based Costing (ABC) delta
version.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The journal entry has been or is about to be activated.
You can't use ABC delta versions for multiple valuation if the journal
entry has been activated. The document can't be posted.

How to fix this error?

Please use version 000 for ABC.
