Migration aborted; ledger settings only partly migrated; please restart

What causes this issue?

The migration of the ledger settings in the General Ledger has been
cancelled after some settings (but not all) have already been migrated.

System Response

The settings have only partially been migrated. This means that the
General Ledger settings are now inconsistent.

How to fix this error?

Restart the migration of the General Ledger settings. Please don't
interrupt this migration, for example don't press the Cancel button in
popup windows.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
