Loans: Customizing missing for payment relevance of flow types

What causes this issue?

There is no Customizing for the payment relevance of the flow types in
the loans (operative) area. Use transaction SM30 to maintain table
TRGC_PAY_REL_LO.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
