Field selection &1: Tab index &2 is suppressed

What causes this issue?

According to field selection <ZH>&V1&</>, tab index <ZH>&V2&</> is
hidden. There are, however, fields in the tab index which you have to
fill in order to execute this function and ensure the tab index cannot
be hidden.

Procedure for System Administrators

Change the settings for the field selection control accordingly.
