Field &3 contains no value - global parameter &4 will be used

What causes this issue?

According upload method &V2&, the file being read, &V1&, includes the
field '&V3&'. In the current record, this field has no value. The
record can only be transferred if the field contains a valid value.

System Response

The field is written with the currently defined global parameter &V4&.

How to fix this error?

In the file being read, set the field '&V3&' to a desired value.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
