What causes this issue?

Report to be copied &v3& contains characteristic &v1&. However, this
characteristic is not defined for use in library &v2&.

System Response

The report cannot be copied.

How to fix this error?

Activate characteristic &v1& in library &v2& for use in the Report
Painter (maintain 'Item' field).
